Northbridge Counselling was created from my passion for a holistic, patient-centered approach to wellness, establishing a place where comprehensive care and compassion meet.
While 'North' symbolizes forwardness and progress, I hope to incorporate that with personal healing and connectivity through relationships and ourselves by 'Bridge'

Through my years of education in BASc in Human Behaviour and MA in Counselling Psych experience in mental health, I've worked alongside various demographics from young childrent to seniors. Alongside this wide population are the specifalizations I've involved with particularly with early education, multi-diagnoses, ASD, Motor Vehicle Accidents and many more. I continue to expand my learning through various therapeutic modalities that I incorporate into my treatment from individuals to couples counselling.
I hope to have the opportunity to continue to work alongside you, learn your story and collaborate together to create sustainable progress to where you want to be.
